The Payback presented by
Eddie Roberts & Positive Legacy
The New Mastersounds guitarist Eddie Roberts lived for a period of time in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. Feeling a real sense of connection and community he was personally touched by the homeless situation there, including the lack of awareness surrounding the issues involved. In September of 2013 Roberts put together a benefit dubbed The Payback to raise funds for the Coalition on Homelessness. This year, Roberts teamed up with Positive Legacy to present a pair of The Payback benefit concerts at the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco on September 26 & 27, 2014. One hundred percent of the proceeds from this year’s The Payback benefited Compass Family Services, an organization that has supported San Francisco’s vulnerable and homeless families for the last 100 years. It was a huge success and we were able to financially support many important services offered through Compass Family Services. Click here to find out more about this event.
