Earlier this year, Positive Legacy and Cloud 9 Adventures partnered with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and All Hands and Hearts to help rebuild Caribbean communities devastated by the hurricanes.
Through volunteer and community engagement, All Hands and Hearts aim to help families recover faster after natural disasters using their “smart response” strategy – by rebuilding in a disaster resilient way they prepare them for future events and, through the process, strengthen both volunteers and communities.
With efforts in the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands, volunteers have worked tirelessly alongside the communities to clear debris, muck and gut and repair schools, day care facilities, pre-schools and homes to help them on the road to recovery.
