Through volunteer and community engagement, All Hands and Hearts aim to help families recover faster after natural disasters using their “smart response” strategy – by rebuilding in a disaster resilient way they prepare them for future events and, through the process, strengthen both volunteers and communities.
With efforts in the US Virgin Islands and the British Virgin Islands, volunteers have worked tirelessly alongside the communities to clear debris, muck and gut and repair schools, day care facilities, pre-schools and homes to help them on the road to recovery.
