Justin has been with Conscious Alliance since 2004. His role has grown and evolved alongside the organization, exponentially increasing its overall impact. In his tenure, Justin broadened Conscious Alliance's reach by engaging young people through service-learning and volunteerism. In his current role as Executive Director, Justin has strengthened relationships within the music and food industries, forming meaningful opportunities for partners to collaborate for a cause they can directly impact and enhanced the prominence of ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drives. 

 

Under Justin’s leadership, the organization has begun working directly with schools to get food into the hands of hungry kids. Continuing the organization’s commitment to Native American youth, Justin was critical in establishing gardening and nutrition programs while supporting community culture on Pine Ridge Reservation. 

 

In 2016, Justin was named one of the Top 25 Influential Young Professionals in the ColoradoBizGenXYZ Awards. He was also selected for BizWests40 Under 40 Class of 2017 in Boulder County.
