Matt is founder and conductor of The Everyone Orchestra, a revolving cast of steallar musicians who play nationwide festivals, concerts and special events (www.EveryoneOrchestra.com). His unique improvisational conducting technique and collaborative platform of  Everyone Orchestra are designed to span musical genres and break the boundaries of how an audience experiences music.
